Chemicals needed to balance your water are included at the time of your visit. Replacement filters are not included.
To complete your service, our Service Technicians require an unobstructed path to the hot tub free of snow, ice, or storage items. We also require access to a power outlet. Leisuretime of Southbury reserves the right not to complete service if our technicians do not have sufficient access. Additional charges may apply for any required return visits.
Leisuretime of Southbury will waive the Service Charge for service visits needed during an active water care contract. Delivery of a newly purchased cover is also included during an active water care contract.

Hot Tub Winterization**
**Customer must keep the hot tub full of water, heated and running for us to warranty our work. NO EXCEPTION WILL BE MADE FOR THIS. We can winterize hot tubs without these conditions, but no warranty will be made. Customer must provide a tarp to cover hot tub and prevent water from getting into the body of the tub.

We will connect all plumbing, fill the hot tub with water and check for any mechanical issues. Labor for mechanical issues is our hourly rate.
